Custom themes

I am interested in getting several custom themes for my art gallery. I am willing to pay 25-40 per theme depending on the complexity of it.

Requirements:
- I would like at least two or three themes.
- I host artwork and fanfiction (stories) based on Harry Potter book series, but not for children.
- I need a place to put news, links and other information about the gallery.
- Jpg of themes before transferring money.
- Designer to be at least 18 (will ask for year of birth to confirm.)

Preferred experience:
- Design for phpBB templates; I plan to have a few designed for my forums too.
