That part is in anycontent. And I had that in before I modfied the theme and it was fine.

The only modifications I made were the colors and the header.

Maybe something happened when I made the layout alligned to the left.

I undid the left align and it did nothing.

Ok, so I tried replacing the template and the theme.php to the original and it did nothing. When I replaced the style.css to the original the colors worked, so something is wrong with the style.css. Here it is:
