Tricky one - but willing to pay $150

Ok - this is a tricky one and I'm not sure how do-able it is given cpg's structure but what I want is this:

When I create a new category I want a drop down menu that allows me to assign a theme to that category and all albums within it.  I want to be able to assign different themes to sub-categories aswell (and their respective albums).

  It's a toughy - I know.  If $150 is not enough then please quote me.  The mod must be stable for 1.3x and with view to intergration into 1.4x when that is released as stable.

Anyone a big enough code wizard to tackle this?

Yeah checked that but it doesn't do what I want without fiddling about with the code every time I make a new album.  Thanks anyway.
