Where is this edit?

Ok, I'm really new to this but I need to edit the text under the "Categories" header. Underneath User Gallieries it says:
"This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users."

Where do I find and edit this text? Or add to it for that matter?

Also, is there a way to add a link to addition information I want available? In the same way the LOGIN and FAQ clickable links appear, I would like to add another button for general info and contact information.
