Need Help (pictures won't show up)

I just installed Coppermine Photo Gallery v1.4.2 the pictures won't show up it has x's. Even the  icons don't show up either. What am I doing wrong. I did everything of what it says. Hope someone can help I've been trying to figure this out for the past 4 days.

When you say "icons" do you mean the thumbnails or all graphic images used in Coppermine?  Sounds like you didn't follow the installation instructions in the documentation.  Re-read the documentation, then make sure you actually uploaded all of the files.  You should also download another copy of 1.4.2 from our site in case your version became corrupted during the download process.

After your get the normal graphic images to display, see if you still have upload problems.  If you do, try the upload troubleshooting procedures.

I have the same problem. I have also done all right. I have changes the promissions.

But still the pic won't show up.
look at this pic, and you will see what i mean. I can upload the pic, but it will not show.
