after bridge the phpbb 2.0.17 with cpg 1.42, can login to the forum and gallery.

when I login to the forum, I still stay in the logout page, but the login member list show that I am already login.

when I login to the gallery, it shift to forum login page, but after I've type the login name and passward, it's just back to the gallery logout page.

now, both forum and gallery can't login...

Please post a test account.

Also update to the latest udb_base.inc.php and phpbb.inc.php from CVS.

yeukna

already upload those file to /bridge/, but still can't work

yeukna

change the phpbb.inc.php as follow:

Quoteclass phpbb_udb extends core_udb {

   function phpbb_udb()
   {
      global $BRIDGE;

      if (!USE_BRIDGEMGR) {
         $this->boardurl = 'http://www.ramble.com.hk/phpBB2';
         require_once('../../phpBB2/config.php');

but it still couldn't work.

can I remove the cpg and reinstall it through delete the server's cpg file and database's cpg table?

Thanks.

but why it's couldn't work for me....

I've also tried the test account and still couldn't work.

yeukna

How do you mean work fine?

can you login to the follow link and read some article under there?

http://www.ramble.com.hk/phpBB2/login.php?redirect=viewforum.php&f=37&start=0&sid=fd07939846f1a77609cbd36123c47b81

there have some article just for member only.

Nibbler

Yes, although the ability to do that is unrelated to bridging.

yeukna

sir,

I mean even if the webmaster account can't login to the forum after bridge the forum with the cpg gallery.

yes, after typed the login name and password, the forum showed that the login name already login to the forum, but the webpage still stay in the logout page, so that all member only service can't work.

and can you login to the gallery? I can't login to there.

Nibbler

If you can't login to the forum, then that is nothing to do with bridging or with Coppermine - it's an issue with your forum. However it all works fine for me, try clearing your cookies.

yeukna

oh yes, I couldn't see it because i use the offline file..

thanks a lot, it's work now...

yeukna

sir,

now have another problem, after bridge the phpbb with the gallery, I've found that after login to the gallery, some member which use chinese login name still couldn't see the tool bar which including upload album, edit album...

and all members couldn't open the /albmgr.php after login.
