Is it possible to have multiple galleries running inside one website and if so what is the easiest way to achieve this ?

Thanks, Andrew

yes, just use different table prefixes during install, or different databases, that's all. However, there's rarely a good reason for muliple galleries. You better explain what you want to accomplish, there's certainly a better way.

I thinking of two galleries because I'm slightly concerned over the security issues of the album folders. I can live with people dodging around the database and opening images directly from the album folders but some of my family pictures of my kids I want to have slightly better protected.

I was thinking if I had a double gallery I could just password protect the entire folder ?  I haven't tried experimenting yet (I've only been using Coppermine for a couple of days) but what would happen if I password protected (at the server) individual album folders ?

Added: just tried password protecting the folder through cpanel and that seems to add another layer of protection without "breaking" Coppermine.
