problem after restoring.

Hi

I tried to upgrade cpg1.3.1 to cpg1.4.2 and failed miserably. Then i decided to restore a full back which I created prior to upgrading. After restoring everything seemed to be working fine expect the index page. It seems to load twice and shows a error.
