vote system wont work

Hi there all i just finished my skin based on hardwired for coopermine and upload it, now the problem seems to be that vote system wont work, i have users and guests allowed to vote in albums and group premissions, anyone can tell me what could be wrong?

When i press the rate it doesen't count as a vote for me:S

clear your cookies and your browser cache, and try it using a non-admin test user account or non-logged in.

Already had tried that, but retried it again, still wont work.
As for instance i press a photo that has no votes and it keeps saying that it had no votes, althought some fotos went up in the "top rated" maybe someone who acessed the page didi it, but those were not the fotos i voted.

Could it be something with my browser/firewall settings?i am testing on FF and IE, and Zone Alarm as firewall accepting cookies in both browsers and firewall.

how are cookies and a firewall related? Temporarily disable all paranoia-software, log out, clear your cache and cookies, try again. Hard to troubleshoot issues on your local pc.

Well in ZA firewall u can choose for each site how to handle cookie control, althought they are all acceptable for this one.

But if i do turn off all "paranoia-software" (nice term) works as it should

take my advice as network admin: get rid of zone alarm or any other personal firewall software. Instead: get a real hardware firewall (most dsl routers etc. come with a firewall). Those personal firewall apps won't do anything good except luring you into a false sense of security.
