Horizontap Scroll bars with 800x600 screen resolution

I have pasted my own header into themes>template.html. However, I get horizontal scrollbars with 800x600 screen resolution. I think that this must be related to my header code which contains pixel specific width properties (set to 766 pixels). But I still get the horizontal scroll bars, and when taking a closer look, it seems there's a bit of space out on the right in template.html that I haven't been able to reclaim, even though my table container has a widht value of 100%. I also have the page margins set to 0. Any ideas what could be causing the small amount of space on the right, that seems to be the reason for the scrollbars..?

Try setting the maintable width values to 90% in config, and see if that helps.
