Hi,

I have Coppermine (Version 1.4.3). Now I want to know how many pictures can Coppermine manage? And what is about the Database and the search funktion?

There's no limit if your disk space had no limit  ;)

well, actually there are some other limitations as well (not only hard disk space), all of them are not directly related to coppermine, but server sided. An increasing database will of course eat more cpu cycles as well when queries are being exectued, and of course the main factor will be the number of expected visitors you will have. There are coppermine galleries that have 200,000 pics and an average of 20+ simultaneous visitors afaik.
A similar discussion to this one has been lead already several times, please search the board for details.
