just enable notification for this thread and you'll get an email whenever someone replies to it. Same thing goes for PM: you can set up notifications to be sent to you once you get one. Posting your email address on an open board is just an invitation to email harvesters.
Please read the sticky thread on this board, you should post a link to your site so the possible freelancer can get an idea what needs to be done on your page as well as your budget.

Im looking for someone to simply add the background/header/footer and text/font style to my coppermine gallery so it matches my existing site.  Nothing elaborate, no special features.   My budget is $50 via PayPal.  Someone who can work fast is a plus!
