Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 11

I have a user (logged in as Admin) who gets this error when trying to upload to the gallery:

The file 'albums/userpics/10002/IMG_1072.JPG' can't be inserted in the
album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 11


However when I am logged in as her and try to upload, I have no issues.  The only difference is that she is using a MAC, I am on a PC, would that make a difference to how files are uploaded?

New information

So it appears it's for one user, and it also appears that she is doing something when saving her files.  I had her send me the files, and I got the same error when I tried to upload them.  However if I opened them in Photoshop, re-saved them with the same file name, etc. didn't change a single thing, same res, etc. the pictures upload perfectly.

Is there something she could be doing when she saves these images that isn't allowing CG to upload them correctly, thus giving the IM error?
