Help setup

Okay I setup my coppermine gallery. It has a folder called Member images. How can I set it up too have more albums for users?
Like I have albums but members cant post in them, I'm not sure how to make it so they can.  Heres my site http://urbany.org the gallery is there.

post a deep link to your gallery, I wasn't able to spot a link on your home page. Don't make supporters search, we're already spending enough time on support, no reason to play hide and seek.
Did you read the documentation that comes with coppermine yet? It explains personal vs public galleries and how to set them up using group manager and album properties. There are many options you can choose to set up your coppermine gallery the way you want, there's not just one single solution.

Its the Locations button, right on the side there http://urbany.org/gallery
I read and it didnt say anything else than what the user album is and how to make catogories but never said how to set them up for users to use.
