I have coppermine 1.4.4 Stable and SMF 1.0.6 and when I login tho copermine it stays at the message board. I have unchecked Use Sessions in SMF. What is causing it not to go back to coppermine?

Site: www.nldragonflys.org
Message Board: http://nldragonflys.org/smf/
Coppermine: http://www.nldragonflys.org/coppermine/

User: test
Pass: test1234

Any help to fix this would be great.

I fixed my problem, I had the link on the website going to www.nldragonflys.org. In the config of coppermine and in smf I had nldragonflys.org. As soon as I changed the config in both to www.nldragonflys.org it worked great. I won't think that would make a differance.

They are different domains as far as cookies are concerned.

i thought i was found, but now i am lost again.  my login issue deals with cpg 1.4.x to vB 3.0.7.  when the user clicks 'login' it takes them to the forum.  after providing the info, they stay on the forum.  what am i leaving out ?

nothing - vb doesn't support redirect after login. As a workaround, add a menu item to vb that sends the user to the gallery.

cool.  i have done that.  is that something that might be available in the future ?  i understand it is kinda not ya'lls problem, just wonderin.  thanks ...

Exactly, it's a missing feature of vb. Nothing we could do to change that. You ask for this on the vb boards.
