idea is simple, it is like in phpBB modernators

It simplyfies administrator work, when you have so called modernators who can make new albums, delete/upload pictures in specificied category
Idea came when i wanted that normal users can make new albums in certain category and same group users are able to upload into same album.


Or same idea makes out
to give group permissions per category
