I asked my host to shell the .sql and a error came up with "Fatal error"

and this below

While executing query "SELECT * FROM cpg145_config" on 0

mySQL error: Table 'jessegallery.cpg145_config' doesn't exist

I think I have a 1.43 version of a .sql and i upgraded to 1.45 (because i had an error), would this affect anyway?

If the .sql file were run directly, then the table names won't match. If you were upgrading, did you try following the upgrade instructions?

Do you know where I can download cpg 1.43 and then my host will shell the .sql then I'll upgrade?

Will that work?

don't ask you host to run your sql queries for you - they don't know coppermine, so they will simply execute the query without changing the table prefix. Instead, do as Thu suggested, read the upgrade section of the docs and do as suggested there. Just uploading all needed files and then running "update.php" will be all that it takes, why would you ask your webhost to do things for you? There's little point in downgrading to cpg1.4.3 and the re-upgrading to cpg1.4.5.
