There are threads discussing using iframes with Coppermine.  Please search/browse for them.

For example, pnCPG uses an iframe to display Coppermine wrapped in PostNuke.

There is another thread that deals with embedding Coppermine into a SMF-driven forum (please don't clutter that thread with phpbb-related questions, I just refered to it to give you an idea how this could be done). You might be able to accomplish a similar thing with phpbb. However, as this would require code changes in phpbb (not in coppermine), you better ask this on the phpbb board, as this is the place where the phpbb experts lurk. We (the Coppermine dev team) have little knowledge about phpbb.

I really like SMF but the problem with it is the template thing are to much PHP in it  but phpbb there is HTML that what make it easyer anyway i did some search again and find this mod Cpmfetch but i really did not undersantd if this will embed coppermine and the forum to a webpage...

the only thing i got from it that you can show image outside the CPG page but some are saying i can embed cpg and a forum is that right?

you can display content taken from coppermine on another page using cpmFetch. However, you should read the cpmFetch documentation if you need to find answers concering it. CpmFetch is a mod that only gets supported on the threads that deal with it, nowhere else. As far as I can see though, it's not what you're up to.
