Version 1.46 Permissions to folders albums and include to 777.

I do click in lets go and this mistake appears: Unable to write config file 'include/config.inc.php'
notice: inside the folder include the file exists with the name  "config.inc.php.samples"  only.

That I can Do?

NOTA: dentro de la carpeta include existe el archivo con el nombre config.inc.php.samples solamente.

Que puedo Hacer ?

If your host uses Linux: 777 may not be correct for you.  Try 755.  Contact your host and ask them what is appropriate.

If your host uses Windows: CHMOD does not work on Windows.  You must set file permissions differently.  Ask your host for assistance.

If you used your FTP client to set the permissions, try using your site's control panel application to set permissions.

The servant is a low windows.
I am using cute ftp to give the permissions.

Why Only this one the file "config.inc.php.samples" and I do not find the "config.inc.php".? That is the one that it describes as mistake?

You can not use you FTP app to assign permissions on a Windows-driven server. Please read the docs section that deals with setting up permissions: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#permissions
If you don't understand that, ask your webhost for support.
I have no idea though what a "low windows" is... ::)

I believe that there is another problem, because already I have installed the phpbb ( forum )and work correctly, where it was requesting myself also permissions for the installation.

Prune me to explain because there does not appear the file that says to me that I have to modify? Only it appears "config.inc.php.samples" .... and " config.inc.php ".... ??? where this file ??? ??? ???

Coppermine creates the file during installation. The error message is telling you that it cannot create the file because the folder is not writable.

JEJEJEJEJE......But already I gave to the permissions to the folders album, include and to the file "config.inc.php.samples" ..... that I still have another thing for doing??? :'( :'( :-\
