How do i edit the navigation menu like removing certain links that i want, and also changing the colors and style of the navigation menu

The sticky thread "How do I remove a button from the menu" doesn't answer your question?  Lots of people have asked about customizing the SYS_MENU and SUB_MENU in their themes.  Please browse and/or search this board.

The place to change colors & styles is clearly described in the documentation.  I linked you to that section in your other thread.  Did you read it?  Quoting from that section:

To modify the colors, fonts, font sizes, etc... used by the script, you should edit the "style.css" stylesheet whenever possible. For example, if you want to increase or decrease the size of the fonts you can simply modify the line with : table { font-size: 12px; }. Most of the font sizes used by the script are defined as a percentage of this size.

I would suggest stepping back and reading the documentation and browsing & searching this board.  So far your questions have been very basic and covered thoroughly in the docs and this board.  Plus you once again pushed the boundaries of "one issue per thread".
