The ability for users to create Albums

Very needed the ability for users to create Albums and set permissions to them.

the hint is - possibility for users to create their own albums in the common gallery like fotosession from some party

Currently not possible, as suggested in many threads already. We're aware that this is a feature many are looking for. Asking for it repetitively though won't help in coding it.
