I doubted myself before I hit the submit button, but I hit it anyways.

I added the CPGMark to my plugin folder, ran it from the Config, now I can't access anything!

I get this error on all pages of my gallery:

Critical error
There was an error while processing a database query

I had a feeling that I should have disabled the phpbb bridge first. Is there a way to correct this> I'm in phpMyAdmin right now and have no idea what to fix. :(

Any help would be appreciated

BlinkyBill01

lol.,

NOTE TO ANYONE THAT HAS PLUGIN ERRORS!!!!!!!

go into your FTP plugins folder and delete the plugin!

lol

I did that and the error is gone.

Anyone know if there is an error with the CPGMark plugin?

OK, I keep posting as a record of what I am doing.

I deleted the CPGMark plugin from the plugin directory and it cleared up. Thyen when I re-added it, the problem came back (of course). Now, obviously something in the CPGMark coding is still a problem in the mysql database. do you know how to remove that CPGMark info in its entirety from the mysql databse?

I can't start over until it's gone. :)

ok, you cna mark as solved. Found the info in the plugins folder (duh) in the mysql database and deleted it. Started over, reinstalled and it's working.

Heh.  Good work!

For reference, there is some mention of problems with bridged installations on this thread:

Hello

I´ve the same Problem :(

But what must I do ?? The MySQL entries are made in the phpBB Database (because the Bridging)

Where find I the info in the PlugIn Folder .. and what must I delete ??

Paver

BlinkyBill01 misspoke.  It's the plugins table, not folder.  Empty out the Coppermine plugins table in your database using a tool like phpMyAdmin.  This will uninstall all your plugins.  Or you can merely remove the CPGMark record in the plugins table.

It is recommended to use a database tool like phpMyAdmin.  But if you want to use a quick & dirty script to clear out your plugins table, look at this post: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=32988.msg153895#msg153895.  Make sure you read the caveats in the post (regarding using a random name and deleting the script when done).

Hello,

I can empty the Table .. no Problem .. but what about the CPGMark PlugIn and the Gallery itself. Can I use it after delete the Entry in the DB ??

Paver

I have no idea.  You have to ask support questions for the CPGMark plugin on its support board.
