login after correct installation (in french),

I installed coppermine 148 corectly, but when I try to login, this message is displayed :
Script appelé sans les paramètres nécessaires
As i saw in internet that it could be a problem from french program, I tried with english language, it's the same result in english...

there is no code on line 26
somthing miss on your login.php copy it from cpg1.4.8 installation package
and use real ftp client
