Big error (I don't know which category this would go under)

I didn't know which category for this to go under since I don't know if it's an issue with the layout or something else.

And since I don't know how to describe the issue, I will simply put a link to my gallery. The error is towards the bottom:

A portion of my layout repeats twice and it also gives this error code:
