How to upload from external script

I use cpmfetch to retrieve infos on the external scripts but how uploading?
I wanna upload a photo from an external script where I place an upload field form. There is an easy way to perform this. :'(

You could post the form to db_input.php. Make sure you use the same names for the fields.
