You're using cpg1.4.8, so you shouldn't have posted on a board for cpg1.3.x - moving accordingly.
Your gallery doesn't get indexed because it is terribly boring for search engine spiders - it doesn't contain textual content and nearly no relevant search terms. Regular SEO technics apply (SEO = search engine optimization). You might want to google for that term. You should add textual content (title and caption) to your page as a first step. You could take a look at google's sitemap api.
However, the content of your gallery is not very relevant for google, as there are loads and loads of fansites that display stolen content, that's why it probably goes ignored because of irrelevance. The domain name hasn't been chosen wisely neither.

The domain is only two months old and much of the non-gallery stuff is not even indexed.

Additionally, your site is irrelevant in terms of backlinks: no relevant site on the google index is linking your site.
Your backlinks: http://www.google.com/search?q=link%3Afreertl.com

  • Our backlinks (as an example): http://www.google.com/search?q=link%3Acoppermine-gallery.net [399,000]

Even though your site is rather young, this smells like Google doesn't want to index you (you may have been dropped because of trying to spam their index) or the robot hasn't even visited your site (you might want to trigger the robot visit) or use the other webmaster tools provided - check http://www.google.com/webmasters/
You don't even have a robots.txt, for christ's sake - you don't seem to be very skilled, so your main objective should not be to promote your gallery, but your overall site in the first place. Turning to the coppermine support board is the wrong method for achieving this - you have to understand search engine mechanisms in the first place. Try googling for it (as I suggested above).
