for example:
this url www.mygallery.com/displayimage.php?album=5&pos=76
is not friendly and static for search engine.

Judging from the other posting you made that refered to your site being not spidered by Google ("why my gallery is not search in search engine"), I understand that this issue is related: you might have read somewhere that it's important to have static-looking URLs, but that's only one last step on your way to having your page indexed. There are several steps that are much more important (like having actual textual content on your page). Just by tricking the search engine spider into believing that you have static pages won't make it more likely that your pages get indexed. Google does index dynamic pages if your site is relevant enough. It will not index your page if your content is irrelevant.
Your site currently is broken, and it's dead slow. Turn off the sef_urls (you have another thread that deals with sef_urls already, where you have been told to disable that plugin because it doesn't work for you, and you reported back that you did - you haven't though).
I repeat: turn sef_urls off, leave them off. Do all of those things I suggested in your initial thread. Only then you should make up your mind on the sef_url plugin again.
