take a look at this image: a template from template monster, our designed template has the same look, some different colors and etc.

(https://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.templatemonster.com%2Fscreenshots%2F7600%2F7660-b.jpg&hash=f4f1e61e6a75ee2ae8ad319cc27780753d4164e4)

basically
there wont be any global search option and the above navigation will have few coppermine links
the right blocks will have custom code in it, (our own code)
and the footer as well

the only the we want, is where it says "Web site directory" in the left/center
thats where we want our albums list to apear and basically as they click on each one the thumbnails would appear in that area...
now we also want to make so when they want to enlarge a thumbnail, it should not get bigger than the size of that designated area...

i guess it sounds simple I just dont know how to accomplish this in that way

At the begining put the {gallery} place holder to that table and check the result ...
Sorry but I can't give you any suggestion without having theme ... it's not impossible but it's hard and take a long time ...

Templatemonster.com templates are copyrighted, you can't just steal an image screenshot and ask someone to rip a theme out of it. If you actually bought the template from templatemonster, you should already have the needed files. Just add the necessary coppermine tokens into the proper places. Just review themes/sample/template.html with a plain text editor. Find all placeholder tokens in curly brackets and add them into your templatemonster template. After having done so, adjust your stylesheet, mimicking the colors in your original file.

hey Gau, no one said that we want to have someone rip a skin from the monster skin, that screenshot was an example to show how our skin will be designed, (couple blocks on the side and main center/left block) so i wanted to know if it is possible to get it working....thats all.

now, you have explained it a little bit, bit I am still confused.

so, I am not sure what to do after slicing the template. because as I want, I want the album list to appear in the middle spot and remove the thumbnails from the album lists as well, just the text and then when they click on one, it will display the thumbs in there, maybe 100by100pixel size...

Maybe best if you draw up a layout and label the boxes what you want where. But if I read you correctly, you want to remove the thumbnails from the categories page and only show them on the album page so try this: Config => Album list view => Show first level album thumbnails in categories = No.
Did you read the manual first???? Taking 2 minutes to backup your files can save you hours of wondering what you screwed up.
