Duplicate entries

I have a strange problem - Whenever I have installed a plugin such as tagblitz or Fotokasten etc etc I get duplicate buttons - I think it has something to do with the database but I can't find where - Any pointers appreciated

Yes - To see what i mean here is a sample

The buttons are generated twice - The buttons below the image are for the Fotokasten plugin
