Can you intergrate this?

Hello.

Is it possible for you to intergrate so that when users register they can upload a avator image wich will be displayed in there profile and uploads, like in forums?

Out of the Box, coppermine doesn't come with avatar features, but afaik Stramm's modpack has got support for avatars. Please review Stramm's modpack (basically the docs that come with it). If that's not what you're looking for, then sorry: I don't think that there is another avatar option available for Coppermine. If you need it badly, you'll have to code it.

Do i just upload and overwright this files over the existing one? Or in a seperate folder?

You read the instructions that come with the modpack and do exactly as suggested there.
