New install of 1.4.9. working ok so far. set config. now trying to batch add to an album and get error:

please select a directory
    /C:\\htdocs\\daisy\\forum\\gallery\\albums/
There are no folders inside the "albums" folder yet. Make sure to create at least one custom folder within "albums" folder and ftp-upload your files there. You mustn't upload to the "userpics" nor "edit" folders, they are reserved for http uploads and internal purposes.

Any ideas on this and how to fix it?

Sami

did you have any folder under albums folder ,except userpics & edit ?
if yes then give us a direct link to that folder ....
‍I don't answer to PM with support question
Please post your issue to related board

Use the classic interface (ie not browsable) on windows servers.

Use the classic interface (ie not browsable) on windows servers.

To get to the 'not browsable' interface you set 'Browsable interface' to 'No' when you are on the batch add screen.

Hi,

I've got the same problem. There are other directories, i have sufficient permissions, interface is classic....
It's a win 2003 server with apache2triad 1.5.4 (php 5).

Any ideas?

Then do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. Locking.
