Delete old comments

My gallery has been going for a few years now and i would like to delete any comments over a year old.

Is there any way that i could delete these comments quickly, with-out doing it manually?

Yes you can delete them by phpmyadmin or any other mysql manager that you have just go to your database and run something like this:

DELETE FROM XXX_comments where msg_date < '2005-01-01'

You should change XXX with your table prefix
