put all file sinto a directory on my server, and attempted to run it.. this is what i get:

Warning: main(include/config.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ueofnwi/public_html/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 135

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/config.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ueofnwi/public_html/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 135

im sure i have something in the wrong place im guessing.... thoughts?

Have you actually installed coppermine yet.  It is not enough just to upload the files.

Browse to the /install.php (use your browser to go to http://your_site.com/gallery/install.php) and follow the instructions.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

i was being an idtiot and kept trying to go to config.php

It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
