[How To] Coppermine within SMF

I have spent HOURS reading and reading this confusing stuff..
I have SMF brigded with coppermine, works great.
I want Coppermine to open up in an iframe on the same page...
I have searched for HOURS, looking for a solution.
I'm pulling my hair out !!
There are tons of posts stating how to do this.
Is there a final one that works with SMF 1.1 RC3 & TinyPortal v0.9.5 ??
There are so many versions it's driving me crazy...
I know two don't work...
Please help...
I have a two buttons on my forum now here..

If you press the gallery button on top of the menu, it works great. but don't want it there...
I want the regular gallery button next to the home button to do the same thing...
I'm all confused...

Ok, I removed the top button..
All I want the Gallery button to do, is open up within the current screen & not in a new window??
Any suggestions??
