Editing Theme and Page Layout

Hi

I want to do two fairly simple things, but need to know which files to inspect and edit. On my gallery I simply want to remove the text to the right of the thumbs saying the number of images in the gallery and last one edited...

Secondly I want to make the album headings larger and bolder to make them stand out more.
