CPGMark options

I have CPGMark installed in 1.4.9 and every time a user goes to upload an image it presents the options screen for the watermark. I do not want users to have this option available and not sure why it is giving it to them.  I just want the watermark applied to any images being uploaded

Hey, I don't get. watermark doesn't shows. It shows only on testing picture. everythink works good, cause I tested by using the same URL variables onto the old images. I don't get this one:

* Watermark images should be uploaded to watermark_image_file_path/user_id
and named as per names set by admin.

I uploaded my wartermark.png and wartermark_large.png to /albums/watermarks/. and nowhere else. Is that correct?


P.S. My site isn't on the web, it's on my localhost still.
