Hello gaugau,
I do have some picts brought into coppermine. Now, I would like to hide some caption text, where the is text is in all situations wrong.
My Pictures are always resized before putting them into Coppermine. I have only previews made with max. 300 px dimensions for coppermine, where the original sizes of the pictures are about to 2000 x 3000 px. Coppermine shows me and the visitors preview size 300 px by maybe 200 px. So I would like to hide those text in the imageview. Where do I find those attributes and how do I hide them?

The same is for comments where all my picts show only "Apple Mark", the size of the picture, where 21 kb for the original is false.

Hi,
If you want to remove all the information, go in config, look for 'Picure information is visible b default' ('Bildinformationen sind standardmäßig sichtbar'), and turn it to NO.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

Thanks for your quick response. It works fine. Maybe can I put some static text in there at this place? A text, whichs tells the user, that all pics are about 2000x3000px in size?
