i want to intergrate copper mine into my website ,,,,i cant bring up the index file in dreamweaver or can you ??

What do you want to do ?

- If you want visual integration then you need to create custom theme or change one of regular theme to match your web site design , You can find themes on {gallery root}/themes folder and then edit template.html for structure and style.css for collers and .... also you can edit theme.php for insert extra php code to theme or change a functionality

- If you need user sharing between your web site and coppermin then you need to use Bridge (it's just for BBS and forums user integration), check the documentation for any exist bridge and if you can't find bridge for you bbs then you need to code it your self

In any case: Dreamweaver is not involved. Don't edit Coppermine files in a WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver unless you really, really know your way around.
