Error in update script? 1.4.0 -> 1.4.10

The table should be cpg140_pictures

Why are you running upgrade-1.0-to-1.2.php ?

No I didn't. Downloaded the 1.4.10 files and tried to run update.php
After some other weird screens, I ended up with this error

The only place in Coppermine that code appears is in the file upgrade-1.0-to-1.2.php. I would suggest downloading a fresh version of the package and re uploading to your web server if you are sure you are not running that file.
