I searched for this but only came up with this,which doesn't have an answer.

I don't require registration to view images - my admin account is the only account, period. Therefore, I only want the "Add to Favorites" link to show when I'm logged in, because it just takes up space and I'm the only person who can use "Favorites". Can someone help me or show me a thread where I can do this?

I found two threads (here and here) regarding this, but since they are from 2004, they are outdated and the code looks different and obviously didn't work when I tried it.
