Admin Email Change

I searched, but the only 1 on the topic didn't have an answer.

I need to change my admin email because I have deleted the current one. It gets spammed like crazy, and I would rather just not have it because I don't use it.

To change the email address that the gallery uses to send emails, go to coppermine's config and change it there ("General settings" -> "Gallery administrator email"). To change the email address of your admin account, log in as admin, click "my profile" and then change your email address there. Those two email addresses can be identical if you want, but they don't have to be.

Post a link to your coppermine-driven gallery for a start. I suspect that you're running an outdated version.

I'm running version 1.4.10. I updated it myself when the last announcement came out.

I also checked versioncheck.php and confirmed it.

- Create another admin user
- Login with new admin
- Go to user manager and click on e to edit your old admin user and change the email address
- Delete new admin account
