Heya,

I installed Coppermine 1.4.10 from within my webhost and I am trying to use it with post nuke.

I've done everything that is said in the read me (copy files, etc...) but the coppermine module is not shown up in the modules section of post nuke.  Now, I think this has to do with the fact that my Coppermine was installed from the webhost.  Now, how can I install the stand alone (i.e. official) version of coppermine on top of my webhost installed version without having to upload all my photos again or loosing all my comments to the photos?

thanks
Gagalina

Just perform an upgrade as suggested in the docs. This will replace the files on your server with the ones we provide.

Which version of Postnuke and pnCPG are you using ?
Do you have a link available ?

ok, cool, so I can just run the upgrade from your files and I will keep my photos and comments?

I am using

Postnuke:  0.762
http://www.power-clan.com/pn/

Coppermine: 1.4.10
http://www.power-clan.com/photogallery/

pncpg33 from the download section.

Please use the latest version, see http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=39359.0.
Just make sure that the DB user of Postnuke has access to the Coppermine database, that makes life a lot easier.

cool- everything working now ;-)
Well, nearly everything, just have to sort out the universal login now, and then I'm sorted.

thanks
