The selected album/file does not exist

After using single http upload method, I get the "The selected album/file does not exist" error message.  The file does get uploaded and placed into the correct the album despite the error message saying that it doesn't exist.  I'm not certain when this all started, but it has been going on for a while.

I've tried searching which yielded a couple of possible db errors.  I tried repairing the db with no luck.


I've set up a support user as instructed in the FAQ with the following settings:

User/pw:support/support

One other item to note, for users that have to wait for approval, they get the 'successful' upload message. 

Any help would be appreciated.
