Reporting from my database

I cannot figure out how to run a simple report.

What I would like is an overview of all my user-data

I would like an export to a .txt or .csv file or spreadsheet.

XML or HTML would do also.

Any useable example scripts?

You can get an export of your user table using phpmyadmin.
