Dfire Template error?

Hi,

I've installed the coppermine script, and installed the Dfire them on it. Now, there is one problem: I get a yellow triangle in my leftbottom corner of my internet explorer telling me there is an error.

So i've put debug i.e. ON and got this info. Hope someone can help me

there is some javascript and CSS error but those are harmless

Is there a way to fix it? I do find the yellow triangle a bit annoying. It also has a bit of a 'unprofessional' look.
