I've been using my gallery just fine for like a month, then yesterday I installed myphpbb forum and I'm not sure what I did, I just know that after that, the gallery isn't working. When I try open it says:

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Access denied for user 'bethanyj_bjbr'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I don't know what to do.  :'(

You probably changed or deleted the db user you were using for Coppermine. Check the user details and update include/config.inc.php if they have changed.

Where do I check the user details and how do I update the include/config.inc.php?

1) Your host's control panel.
2) FTP client + text editor.

I'm sorry but I don't understand, I need to check the user details to see what?
And I went to the include/config.inc.php but I don't know what should I change on the text editor?

To edit the mysql data coppermine uses to communicate with the mysql database, download the file your_coppermine_folder/include/config.inc.php to your PC using an FTP application (like FileZilla or SmartFTP), then edit it using a plain text editor (notepad.exe is fine). If it needs editing, edit it as you see fit, then re-upload the file (again using your FTP app), overwriting the existing file on your server with the one on your PC that you edited.

If you need help figuring out what you need to do to maintain your mysql user and have no idea what to do, ask your webhost for support. This isn't something within coppermine, but entirely up to your website's control panel app.
