error in "picmgmt.inc.php"

dear coppermine staff
i have installed my personal coppermine in my server (apache 2.0 php5).when i uploading any file at two step coppermine show this error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /web/htdocs/www.canforaaa.com/home/community/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 424

i have deactivate the watermark effect, but not resolve the problem. i have try to install original coppermine file and not hacked version (modded pack by stramm), but the problem not resolve.

I AM DESPERATE  :-\ :-\ :'(

The original file is not 424 lines long, therefore the error is thrown by code you have added.
