Thanks to nibber i got the footer sorted as it was in template.html, now i have a problem with this pull/tab thing.
http://www.ukgeckos.co.uk/gallery/ is the site.
I've worked with more 'normal' gallerys that have header.php and footer.php, but i have another problem...where it says pull, hover that and it moves...that's fine, but is there any way to remove (or edit?) the stuff at the top? It's not in template.html unfortunatly. I don't really want their to be any pulling/scrolling at the top, at least not that much anyway..
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this thread and to those who reply.

Hm...ive just been to the gallery for the first time last night, and the admin features are gone, and when i type /gallery/admin.php it says i do not have the permission to view the page, but i also can't login?! i haven't uploded or changed any files..
Any ideas?!

Really?
I know the text is in there, but the actual links ie
Home
My Gallery
Members List

is not there...i'd rather have them like:
Home | My Gallry | Members list
etc..

To add or remove menu items, use the final extract plugin (Final Extract v2.2 with Config panel) if you're reluctant to read the stickies on this board that explain menu editing. If you want to change the separator/spacer, edit themes/yourtheme/theme.php, find$template_sys_menu_spacerand edit as you see fit - this works for most themes. I haven't looked into the user-contributed theme that's you're refering to, however I'm aware that it is one of the most complex ones. So things may differ in foliage. Use a less advanced theme if you want to apply a lot of theme customizations.
