I`v got the thumbs going into the gallary ok now,
I`m not sure where the corresponding video clips should go,
please can you help,

Upload the video files using the upload mechanisms built into coppermine (preferably using FTP-uploads plus batch-add), then upload the custom thumbnail that represents the video as suggested in the docs. Post details if this doesn't help you (with real-life examples).
