It is mandatory to read the documentation that comes with Coppermine before posting or even starting a new thread. If your posting shows that you haven't done so (i.e. if you ask questions that are already covered in the docs), you're just wasting other's time. As a consequence, supporters will get more and more reluctant to answer your questions. You have been told to respect board rules already - this is not a joke! Do so in the future. If you don't, you'll have to suffer the consequences.

You can't delete your postings because we don't want you to do so. Happened in the past. Deleted questions make the answers just look silly and useless, leaving whole threads orphaned. Think about the purpose of a support board and why we don't want you to delete things here. The restrictions we had to apply exist because of people like you who would have deleted their questions after having found the answer. This is not what we expect you to do. Instead (if you find the answer after having posted your question already), just reply to your own posting, saying something like "I'm sorry for having posted this question. I found the answer in XXX".
